La Cozanne

A two-bedroom holiday cottage situated in the picturesque village of "Change" in the heart of the Haut Cotes de Beaune wine region of Burgundy.  Suitable for 4-5 people.

The House
Renovated to a high standard, the ground floor has a large living/dining room with wood-burning stove and satellite TV, kitchen, bedroom (containing two single beds), shower-room and separate toilet.  Upstairs is an enormous open-plan bedroom with king-sized bed and double sofa-bed, and an en-suite bathroom (with bath and separate shower) together with a walk-in wardrobe and air-conditioning. 

The property also benefits from an attractive, enclosed, courtyard garden with ample seating, barbeque, bread oven and outdoor lighting.

Subject to availability La Petite Cozanne can also be booked in conjunction with the main house for larger parties.

"Change" is in the heart of the Cote d’Or, approximately 20 minutes from Beaune and is easily reached by road or rail.  

The A6 autoroute linking Paris to Lyon can be accessed at Junction 24 (Beaune Centre).

The TGV runs from Beaune to Paris centre or Charles de Gaulle Airport and on to Lille twice a day (approx. journey time 2 hours), connection to London via the Eurostar.  There are also train connections from Beaune to most other European cities via the local service to Dijon.

The nearest airports are: Lyon St.Exupery, Paris Charles de Gaulle & Orly, St Etienne, Grenoble, Clermont Ferrand and Geneva
